Oh Happy Day!

I am very excited to report that my brother and sis-in-law just gave us a new baby yesterday (4/27)!!! We just can't seem to get enough babies to suppress our baby fever. I can't wait to post a few pictures!
She is too adorable!!!

Dining Room Decor

What an exciting day to start my 1st blog!!! Normally I am pretty cheap. I like to save our money for family vacations, clothes for the boys, special dinners out with my super husband...today though I decided to do some Amazon shopping.
You see, we built a house about 2 1/2 years ago and moved in. Aside from a few painted walls, we have done absolutely no decorating. Well, this weekend I helped to paint the kitchen of Aunt Terry...she was all excited about the new paint job and started talking about all the things she wanted to do with the rest of the house.
Well now, it got me to thinking, "It's time to finish the dining room". We painted 2 of the walls dark green, then 1 year later, nothing!
So Amazon here I come. I need to get our wine bottles off the floor, since little monkey (Alex age 11mths) has decided to crawl around & try to play with the bottles. My vision - wall wine racks, some wine prints -- and poof, dining room done!

So now I will wait for Amazon to ship my new decor. I am so excited and am so happy to have a place to share it!

1st Post - Hello Blog Land

I have decided to start a blog; why? Several people I know have a blog, they post stories about their lives. After a few years, one can go back and revisit that part of their life. I love it!
I'm not one to write in a journal, I don't really have the time to scrapbook or do photo books. I'm always on the computer and don't mind typing, so I thought, "let's give it a try".
So here I am, Stacie Tellers. My life is busy with my hubby of 10 years, Duncan and our two boys: Levi age 5, and Alex 11 months. I like to run, go to the YMCA for workouts, cook, read, mow the lawn, and be with my family.
I hope this little place in blog land will help me to put down life's events and later on give me a place to go back and remember.
